The current model of "go to college to figure out what you want to do with your life" is broken. The data proves it. The ever-mounting student debt crisis proves it. And the testimonials of students and parents alike prove it. Career coaching for students is a crucial step to take to find the career path that you want.
As a Certified Classroom Teacher and a Certified MBTI Practitioner, Holly Wilbanks created a unique curriculum that walks through a step-by-step process of Career Exploration and career coaching for students. This is a self-evaluation, self-discovery, and clarity process through group activities, research, and experiential learning. Students ultimately learn what is a good "starting point" for their career based on their strengths, passions, and personal values.

As part of the virtual bootcamp, students will:
Take the online MBTI and iStartStrong Assessments;
Receive a personalized MBTI Career Report and iStartStrong Report;
Learn about personality type, strengths, passions, and values through interactive breakout groups, video content, real-time polling, and more;
Examine the college experience through the lens of personality type;
Define a starting point for the ultimate career satisfaction and success.
Collaborate with students from different schools around the country;
Research different career paths that leverage these traits to better understand the short and long term commitment needed;
Conduct informational interviews with working professionals to gain insight into the the good, the bad, and the ugly of working in that field;
Engage with guest speakers from different industries who will share their experiences and advice for emerging professionals;
