At The Wilbanks Consulting Group, Holly oversees all strategy and operations, supporting the firm's development side-by-side with the growth and success of her clients.
Prior to starting WCG, Holly honed her skills in leading organizations in the U.S. and abroad as an expert in recruitment, consulting, and professional development. Her prior positions included roles with McKee Nelson LLP, Law Professionals, Hydrogen Group plc, Houston Independent School District, and Baylor College of Medicine.

In Pittsburgh, Holly serves on the leadership team for the Young Executive Council at The Rivers Club. Previously, Holly regularly served on the planning and host committees for nonprofits in the Houston area including Big Brothers Big Sisters, and The Children's Assessment Center. In 2014, Holly received the Visionary Award from NAGAP, The Association for Graduate Enrollment Management.

Amie Leff
Amie Leff is a Career and Development Consultant with the Wilbanks Consulting Group (WCG), and has been with the Company since November 2023. Amie is often the first point of contact for clients, helping them assess what they need for their career development and advancement while collaborating with our team of consultants. Prior to joining WCG, Amie was a stay-at-home mom while also working as an Educational Consultant with Usborne Books & More. Before that, Amie held positions as a Customer Relationship Representative at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh and a Trade Capture Specialist at Foreign Exchange. She began her career in event planning, working with Aromas and Prima Eventi Event Planning and Production.
Amie attended the University of Pittsburgh and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She lives in Monroeville, PA with her daughter and son. She is also involved in her community, serving on the Board of Park Swim Club and as FTO President at Moss Side Middle School in Gateway School District

He has 20+ years experience in strategic planning, change and project management, and stakeholder analysis globally, and a Master’s in Educational Planning and Management from the UNESCO Institute for International Educational Planning, and a Master’s in International Education Development from Teacher’s College, Columbia University.

Emily is a Sr. HR Manager at C&S Wholesale Grocers. She joined C&S in March of 2021 with 12 years of HR leadership experience primarily in the Energy Industry. She has varied experience with Change Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Executive Coaching and Career Development, Organizational Design, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Employee Advocacy within global organizations. Her business partnering experience spans across represented and non-represented clients within technology, business functions, sales and marketing, manufacturing, and engineering.
She is originally from Dearborn, Michigan with most of her family still residing in the Midwest. She is a graduate of Michigan State University (Go Green!). Emily is currently based in Houston, TX where she resides with her husband (Isaac), 3-year-old daughter (Adeline), 2 cats and a dog (Charlie, Lucy, and Zoe). They are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their new little boy sometime in February 2022. In her free time Emily loves to travel the world and rescue every pet she can.
