The Wilbanks Consulting Group's Job Search Accelerator Group Coaching Program is an in-person group coaching experience designed to help professionals navigate career transitions with clarity, confidence, and momentum. Through a combination of in-person group coaching and one-on-one virtual coaching, you'll build a strategic search plan, strengthen your application materials, and develop the interview skills to compete effectively.

4 Virtual One-to-One Coaching Sessions (45 minutes each) to dive deeper and blend the session education, strategies, and best practices with personalized feedback.
