Through curiosity, active listening, and thoughtful dialogue, he supports WCG clients with career transitions and leadership development, helping them gain clarity and turn insight into intentional action.

Dan’s coaching is grounded in decades of real-world leadership experience. As an executive, entrepreneur, consultant, and coach, he has led organizations, built businesses, and supported professionals across diverse industries and global markets. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Hogan Assessment Certified, and holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Beyond his coaching practice, Dan serves on the Duquesne University Business School Advisory Board and mentors students in the University’s Entrepreneurship Program. These roles reflect his belief that investing in the growth and development of others is one of the most meaningful ways to create lasting impact.
