Damon is an experienced writer who has crafted job-securing resumes and LinkedIn profiles for WCG clients for over three years. His background in corporate communications and writing allows Damon to help clients communicate their experience in a way that resonates with businesses, nonprofits, and higher ed.

Leveraging his background in the performing arts, including theater, television, and film, makes Damon a client favorite when coaching clients for interview preparation.

Outside of WCG, Damon is an author of his own books and ghostwrites for politicians, business moguls, thought leaders, and celebrities in a variety of genres including memoir, business leadership, science fiction, epic fantasy, and crime. His books have been hailed by The New York Times, CNN, NPR/PBS, Publisher's Weekly, NBC, FOX, and the National Geographic Channel. At Drew University's Caspersen School of Graduate Studies, Damon founded, created, and led the Writing for Public Intellectuals workshop for doctoral students in the History & Culture Program.
