Burnout or Churn Out is a 90 minute workshop designed to help you leverage the power of your personality type to overcome stress, avoid burnout, and achieve your goals in 2016. This workshop is co-presented by Certified MBTI® Practitioner Holly Wilbanks, Principal ofThe Wilbanks Consulting Group, who specializes in strategic talent management and career coaching.  Holly will present an overview of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), and the research supporting the link between personality type and stress. The second presenter, Dr. Nahille Natour of Inspiring Balance, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Obstetrician/Gynecologist. Nahille was inspired to coach after her own struggle with burnout and will provide insight based on her personal and professional experiences.  

The objectives of this workshop are:

  1. Identify personality type according to the MBTI

  2. Identify how your personality type reacts to stress

  3. Identify ways to handle your stress reaction

  4. Identify 3 ways to avoid burnout
