Once you begin interviewing, we start working on the offer negotiation service with you. We reconnect to establish what you want out of offer, and to help you manage the recruiter or hiring manager’s expectations.

When you get the offer, we review the details with you and create a counter-offer plan. The average return for our clients is $10,000 more than the base salary listed in the offer letter, and there are additional negotiation points to assess as well.

The Offer Negotiation service is usually conducted in two 1-hour sessions. If needed, additional sessions are billed at our hourly rate.
